Serenity Signature Session
Our luxury wellness-focused treatment experience is designed to restore both hair and nervous system relaxation. This guest-favorite experience — lovingly known by many clients as “The Serenity Knockout” — includes luxury scalp cleansing with Faie Pro Hair Care products, a deep conditioning treatment for curls or hot oil treatment for locs, scalp treatment, aromatherapy, extended scalp massage, and 15–20 minutes of relaxation time. Guests also enjoy optional warming or cooling eye masks, cozy blankets, enchanted forest-inspired music, mood lighting, and optional lumbar support during their shampoo experience.

Precision Trim / Haircut
A customized trim or haircut performed on dry or stretched hair to support healthy hair maintenance, shape, manageability, and long-term hair goals. Trimming is performed as needed based on the condition and overall health of the hair.

Traditional Loc Maintenance Experience

  • During your appointment, we will assess the overall health and condition of your locs and scalp, discuss your maintenance goals, and determine the best maintenance approach for your lifestyle and hair needs. Maintenance options may include re-twist or re-tie techniques depending on your loc structure, hair texture, and long-term goals. This experience also allows time to assess and lightly re-establish parting if needed to support healthier maintenance moving forward.
