The Curl Care Journey is designed for guests with loose natural hair who want a thoughtful salon experience rooted in hydration, scalp care, education, and styling support. Whether you are booking a wash & go, silk press, twist style, or healthy hair maintenance appointment, your first visit includes time to assess your hair, talk through your goals, and create a care plan that supports your texture, lifestyle, and routine.

Hair & Scalp Analysis (H.A.S.A.)
A personalized in-depth assessment of your hair, scalp, density, maintenance habits, and overall hair health. This allows us to better understand your goals, identify potential concerns, and create customized recommendations tailored to your hair needs and lifestyle.

Serenity Signature Session
Our luxury wellness-focused treatment experience designed to restore both hair and nervous system relaxation. This guest-favorite experience — lovingly known by many clients as “The Serenity Knockout” — includes luxury scalp cleansing with Faie Pro Hair Care products, a deep conditioning treatment for curls or hot oil treatment for locs, scalp treatment, aromatherapy, extended scalp massage, and 15–20 minutes of relaxation time. Guests also enjoy optional warming or cooling eye masks, cozy blankets, enchanted forest-inspired music, mood lighting, and optional lumbar support during their shampoo experience.

Precision Trim / Haircut
A customized trim or haircut performed on dry or stretched hair to support healthy hair maintenance, shape, manageability, and long-term hair goals. Trimming is performed as needed based on the condition and overall health of the hair.

Curl Styling Experience

  • Whether your goal is improving moisture retention, reducing breakage, achieving smoother styling results, or creating a more consistent healthy hair routine, this experience allows us to assess the current condition of your hair and scalp while creating a customized approach based on your hair goals, lifestyle, and maintenance needs. During your appointment, we will choose one styling option to perform based on your desired results, hair needs, and the overall health of your hair.

  • Whether your goal is moisture retention, length retention, reduced daily manipulation, or creating a healthier styling routine, this experience allows us to assess the current condition of your hair and scalp while creating a customized approach based on your hair goals, lifestyle, and maintenance needs.

    During your appointment, we will choose one styling option to perform based on your desired results, hair needs, and the overall health of your hair. Styling options may include two-strand twists, flat twists, or wig braid-down preparation.

    This service does not include braid extensions or intricate braided styles.
